Delivery
When shopping at Arabic Perfume e-shop, goods are delivered via DPD, Omniva parcel terminals, Courier and LT Post (other delivery methods may be arranged individually in advance).
Goods are delivered: to all EU countries by Lithuanian post or another convenient delivery method is selected to the buyer’s country.
Goods delivered to: Latvia, Estonia via Omniva parcel terminals (other delivery methods may be available by prior individual arrangement).
-Necessary conditions for delivery:
For a smooth delivery of the goods, it is necessary to provide the following exact details: e-mail address, exact telephone number (SMS notification to the recipient), the most convenient post office address (by post), the exact delivery address (by courier service or by LT post) and the post code.

1. Returns and exchanges.
1.1 Returns and exchanges shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Returns and Exchanges Policy of 29 June 2001. Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods”.
1.2 The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered consignment number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3 If the Buyer wishes to return the item(s), the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by email, attaching photographs or a video of the item and/or parcel describing the problem.
1.4 The returned goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must be in good condition in terms of their appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). When returning the product, you must provide a paper (printed) proof of purchase (copy of the order, purchase order).
1.5 When returning a quality product, the Buyer shall be refunded only the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
1.6 In the event of a return of the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace the product with the correct product. In the event that the required item is not available, the Buyer shall receive a full refund (both for the item and for the actual shipping costs incurred).
1.7 Where a faulty product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty product with an equivalent product or to refund the Buyer.
1.8 If the Buyer wishes to return the faulty product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by email, attaching photographs or a video of the faulty product and/or parcel describing the problem.
1.9 The returned quality goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must be in good condition in terms of their appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). When returning the product, a paper (printed) proof of purchase must be presented.
1.10. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clauses 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Regulations.
2. Final provisions.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Return of Goods are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2 These Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreements arising out of the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1. General provisions.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of goods and payment for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and any other provisions relating to the purchase of goods in the online store “www.arabicperfume.lt”.
1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Terms and Conditions, and clicked on the “Buy” button.
2. Personal data protection.
2.1 When ordering goods in the online shop “www.arabicperfume.lt”, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address, e-mail address and tel. Nr.
2.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct details at the time of purchase.
2.3 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him for the purpose of the order. The Buyer also consents to the sending of information notifications to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, which are necessary for the execution of the order.
2.4 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself/herself consents to this.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent public authority in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, or by the Buyer’s separate written consent.
3. Buyer’s rights and obligations.
3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the goods ordered and to accept them.
3.2 Provide full, complete and correct information on the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading information on the payment form, www.groziokelias.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.
3.3 In the event of a change in the Buyer’s data provided on the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods in accordance with the provisions set out in the Return Policy.
3.5 By placing an order in the online store “www.arabicperfume.lt”, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s rights and obligations.
4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the online shop “www.arabicperfume.lt”.
4.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online shop immediately and without notice.
4.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regard to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as indicated in the purchase form, and not to disclose such information to any third party.
4.4 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5 The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6 The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Orders, prices, payment procedures, deadlines.
5.1 The Customer may make purchases in the Online Shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2 Orders are accepted only in the online shop “www.arabicperfume.lt”.
5.3 All prices of goods in the Online Shop are displayed in euros including VAT and in other currencies including VAT.
5.4 The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The preparation of the parcel shall commence only upon receipt of payment for the goods.
5.5 If the Buyer fails to make payment within 2 calendar days, the order shall be cancelled.
6. Delivery of goods.
6.1 The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
6.2 The Buyer undertakes to accept delivery of the Goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the Goods himself and the Goods have been delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Seller in respect of the delivery of the Goods to the wrong entity.
6.3 The Goods shall be dispatched to the Buyer within 2 working days of confirmation of payment.
6.4 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5 The Buyer shall immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in damaged packaging, if the consignment contains unsolicited goods or the wrong quantity of goods, or if the consignment is not complete.
6.6 The Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged parcel and/or item(s) by email.
7. Marketing and information.
7.1 The Seller may organise various promotions and offers in the online shop “www.arabicperfume.lt”.
7.2 The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of promotions, as well as to cancel them, without prior notice. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the promotions shall be effective from the moment of their modification or cancellation.
7.3 The Seller shall send notices to the Buyer to the email address specified in the Buyer’s purchase form.
7.4 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the contacts indicated in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s e-shop.
7.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the internet connection, in the networks of the e-mail service providers, if messages are sent to the SPAM directory or if the Buyer’s data is incorrect.
7.6 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions set out in Clause 2.4 of these Terms and Conditions.
